I swear did not cheat on this, it really did come out with this result

    Almost Perfect- INFP

    33% Extraversion, 80% Intuition, 26% Thinking, 40% Judging

So, you want to make the world a better place? Too bad it's never gonna happen.

Of all the types, you have to be one of the hardest to find fault in. You have a selfless and caring nature. You're a good listener and someone who wants to avoid conflict. You genuinely desire to do good.

Of course, these all add up to an incredibly overpowered conscience which makes you feel guilty and responsible when anything goes wrong. Of course, it MUST be your fault EVERYTIME.

Though you're constantly on a mission to find the truth, you have no use for hard facts and logic, which is a source of great confusion for those of us with brains. Despite this, in a losing argument, you're not above spouting off inaccurate fact after fact in an effort to protect your precious values.

You're most probably a perfectionist, which in this case, is a bad thing. Any group work is destined to fail because of your incredibly high standards.

Disregard what I said before. You're just easy to find fault in as everyone else!

Luckily, you're generally very hard on yourself, meaning I don't need to waste my precious time insulting you. Instead, just find all your own faults and insult yourself.

    Or am I just "high"?

    You are The High Priestess

    Science, Wisdom, Knowledge, Education.

The High Priestess is the card of knowledge, instinctual, supernatural, secret knowledge. She holds scrolls of arcane information that she might, or might not reveal to you. The moon crown on her head as well as the crescent by her foot indicates her willingness to illuminate what you otherwise might not see, reveal the secrets you need to know. The High Priestess is also associated with the moon however and can also indicate change or fluxuation, particularily when it comes to your moods.

    It figures, somehow
    Dagda
Indeed, you are 70% erudite, 83% sensual, 75% martial, and 75% saturnine.
More properly known as The Dagda, he was the Earth Deity-Father of both Gods and men. In this respect he was the Celtic equivalent to Cronus or Zeus of the ancient Greeks.

Being the Earth God meant that he controlled the orderly passage of seasons. This cycle was maintained through the guiding melodies produced by a magical harp only The Dagda could play. Since an Earth God is sort of a personification of matter and "stuff," The Dagda owned something called the Undry which was a gigantic pot of abundance filled with an infinite supply of "stuff."

One of The Dagda's many names meant "Good God, but "good" in the sense of being good at doing things. He was a jack-of-all-trades, skilled and accomplished in all his endeavours. Well, for the most part. Apparently his imagination wasn't all that "good" - when his wife bore him three daughters in succession he named each one of them Brigit.

    wolf
You're a WOLF! You are very adventurous and bold.
You are always looking for something new to do!
Sometimes, you are so intent with what you're
doing, you forget about your main
responsibilities! It doesn't matter WHAT you're
doing, it just matters that it keeps you busy!
At least, like the coyote, you are easily
entertained and you are very flexible. Your
mood can change quickly, though. You can go
from happy-go-lucky to an angry fighter.

A test I was curious enough to take
    Emo Kid
You are 14% Rational, 0% Extroverted, 28% Brutal, and 28% Arrogant.

You are the Emo Kid, best described as a quiet pussy! You tend to be an
intuitive rather than a logical thinker, meaning you rely more on your
feelings than your thoughts. Not only that, but you are introverted,
gentle, and rather humble. You embody all the traits of the perfect emo
kid. You are a push-over, emotional, gentle to the extent of absurdity,
and so humble that it even makes Jesus puke. If you write poetry, you
no doubt write angsty, syrupy lines about depression, sadness, and
other such redundant states of emo-being. Your personality is defective
because you are too gentle, rather underconfident in yourself, decidely
lacking in any rational thought, and also a bit too inhibited.

I probably made you cry, didn't I? Fucking Emo Kid.

    To put it less negatively:

    1. You are more INTUITIVE than rational.

    2. You are more INTROVERTED than extroverted.

    3. You are more GENTLE than brutal.

    4. You are more HUMBLE than arrogant.

    Compatibility:

Your exact opposite is the Smartass.

Other personalities you would probably get along with are the Hippie, the Televangelist, and the Starving Artist.

    *

    *

If you scored near fifty percent for a certain trait (42%-58%), you
could very well go either way. For example, someone with 42%
Extroversion is slightly leaning towards being an introvert, but is
close enough to being an extrovert to be classified that way as well.
Below is a list of the other personality types so that you can
determine which other possible categories you may fill if you scored
near fifty percent for certain traits.

    The other personality types:

The Emo Kid: Intuitive, Introverted, Gentle, Humble.

The Starving Artist: Intuitive, Introverted, Gentle, Arrogant.

The Bitch-Slap: Intuitive, Introverted, Brutal, Humble.

The Brute: Intuitive, Introverted, Brutal, Arrogant.

The Hippie: Intuitive, Extroverted, Gentle, Humble.

The Televangelist: Intuitive, Extroverted, Gentle, Arrogant.

The Schoolyard Bully: Intuitive, Extroverted, Brutal, Humble.

The Class Clown: Intuitive, Extroverted, Brutal, Arrogant.

The Robot: Rational, Introverted, Gentle, Humble.

The Haughty Intellectual: Rational, Introverted, Gentle, Arrogant.

The Spiteful Loner: Rational, Introverted, Brutal, Humble.

The Sociopath: Rational, Introverted, Brutal, Arrogant.

The Hand-Raiser: Rational, Extroverted, Gentle, Humble.

The Braggart: Rational, Extroverted, Gentle, Arrogant.

The Capitalist Pig: Rational, Extroverted, Brutal, Humble.

The Smartass: Rational, Extroverted, Brutal, Arrogant.

    Christmas extends well into February!
So, as I think I forget to mention a long ways back, my husband ([info]beldon) and my best friend ([info]kitsune814) gave me a trip to Manhatten to see a play on Broadway and have dinner at a fancy restaurant.

    Well.

We went into the big city on the 19th to see "Spamalot" (http://www.montypythonsspamalot.com/low_band/index.html). I was kinda leary about it, I mean, we still aren't sure if I really even like Month Python, so the idea of being forced to sit through a live performance of their stuff could be cruel and horrible punishment, not to mention a waste of a *lot* of moneys. But, I had a great time! It was based on the movie "Monty Python & the Holy Grail", having a lot of the gags made famous in the movie, including the killer rabbit. It was neat actually seeing Tim Curry in the flesh, who did a good job of playing himself, and I laughed outrageously loudly at the multitalented antics of David Hyde Pierce ("Fraiser") and Hank Azaria ("Birdcage"), who both played multiple roles. But, lest anyone think it's just a rehash of the movie, there were a lot more songs, at least one skit is lengthened, and it had a whole bevy of gorgeous women who played everything from the Lady in the Lake's attendants (Yes, the watery tart actually appears! And, she has a name!) to cocktail waitresses to ohwaitIcannottellyouyouwillhavetogoandseeitforyourself. The costumes were, as may be expected for a Broadway play, really incredible. It was fun, for me at least, to see all the different costumes and to know where they got what and to know how they did some of the stuff and, well, it was just *fabulous* to see them all. So, it was a whole lot of fun and well worth going into NY for.

    But wait, there was more-
Before we went to the play, we walked through The Gates in Central Park (http://www.nyc.gov/html/thegates/home.html). Wow! For some great pictures of it, go to:http://www.eventpictures.com/app/event/viewEvent?eventInstanceId=1586&cobrandDomain=photographybyarienne
Yeah, ok, I know, why did they do it? Who knows, who cares, it was really neat, and I was there (and I got a scrap of the fabric!). Hey, people thought I was crazy to do the Grand Opening Campout at IKEA, too. These are the kinds of experiences that're ephemeral physically, but eternal in our minds.

And then we went to the Museum of Natural History for the exhibit "Totems to Turquoise" (http://www.amnh.org/exhibitions/totems/). It was pretty and incredible, and we probably spent too much money in the gift shop, but we all enjoyed every bit of it.

So, as this was a very full day, and also because we were not able to get kennel reservations for Malory and Shelley and because Beldon had rehearsal early the next day, we decided *not* to do dinner in the city that eve. Instead, we went to Mohegan Sun the next day and went to Rain(http://www.mohegansun.com/dining/gourmet_rain.jsp#), the classiest restaurant I think any of the three of us have ever been to. [info]beldon had the Five Course Degustation (they just kept bringinf more & more food out and each course had a different wine), which is way more food than [info]kitsune814 nor I could even begin to contemplate so we settled for a First Course (lasagne vedure & tuna tartar) and Main Course (chilean sea bass & monkfish au poivre), then shared a sorbet sampler and a creme brulee sampler- still way too much food but we enjoyed every bite!

It was most probably the best weekend of my life!!!!!!!!!!!

    so now you know

    You Are a Dreaming Soul

Your vivid emotions and imagination takes you awy from this world
So much so that you tend to live in your head most of the time
You have great dreams and ambitions that could be the envy of all...
But for you, following through with your dreams is a bit difficult

You are charming, endearing, and people tend to love you.
Forgiving and tolerant, you see the world through rose colored glasses.
Underneath it all, you have a ton of passion that you hide from others.
Always hopeful, you tend to expect positive outcomes in your life.

Souls you are most compatible with: Newborn Soul, Prophet Soul, and Traveler Soul

    Boston sure is pretty
I realize it has been *forever* since I last wrote but I been really really busy, honest I have.

Let's see, since I last wrote anything-
    * I've worked with Solveig at the Fetish Fair Fleamarket (not as strange a group as you might think)
    * Christmas has come & gone (I got great stuff & gave all my dearest and closest gifts they didn't even know they wanted until they got them)
    * The Blizzard of '05 hit while I was at Arisia, in Boston, with [info]kitsune814 and [info]fibrowitch and [info]ssantara and Solveig and a whole lot of other really neat people.

Arisia was really kick-ass fun and I was actually kind of glad we got so totally snowed in that we had to stay until this morning (Monday). A lot of people left real early on Saturday to avoid the snows; they were the Wimpies. A few left Sunday as soon as the ban on driving was lifted enough that the police would listen to such excuses as "I'm only going to insert-name-of-a-Boston-suburb"; they were the Foolish. The rest of us all opened our doors to one another and enjoyed the night, making us the Survivors. Poor [info]kitsune814 fell victim to a deadly version of a cold, too bad we had no Airborne Formula (an herbal remedy that *really* helps to prevent things like that happening in large group situations). But, it did really enliven the "Dead Dog" Party when she succumbed to her cold medicine and was elected the party mascot due to her resemblance to a "dead dog". We propped her up in a corner and threw popcorn at her (oh, and hid her bra in the freezer) but don't anybody tell her, 'kay? She thinks it was all a bad dream. Seriously, it was a very quiet evening, but a very nice one as well. It was great to be able to just relax with friends, eat Lembas I had made (Read more... )), and watch the wind blow the snow around.

And now I'm home with [info]beldon, the puppies, and lots & lots of projects to work on- which are very nice things to come home to.

    Operation #2 a success?
Well, I *think* it's successful, anyway. I had the bandages changed on Monday amd since then, as I've been able to move my left arm, m left elbow area has periodically felt like it's extremely angry at me trying to move it. I have this shooting (and yes, it does feel like I've been shot in the arm) pain that usually goes away fairly quickly but is quite scarey while it's happening. Removing tha tape from the stitched line along my arm has helped, I think, so maybe it was just rebelling against being restrained. I dunno. But, if it doesn't go away by Friday, I'm going to call and see if it's normal, if they can look at it, and such like that.

Other than that, everything seems to be jest fine, thankee very much. I have complete strength back in both hands now, and full flexibility. In fact, the physical therapist told me to go away and not bother her any more :-')

Now I can really get back to sewing- (do a happy dance!)
